With a history dating back to the late 1930s, Stoff Nagel has grown from a way to make a living under WWII Germany to today being a very popular brand. The iconic Stoff Nagel candle holder saw the light of day for the first time in the 60s when Hans Nagel found the architect and creator Werner Stoff, who together developed the candle holder. For years the creation was unavailable and not until 2015 did Stoff Copenhagen relaunch the candle holder based on the original drawings, which are now available in several vintages.
