Body Gua Sha from Mantle. The Body Gua Sha is a natural massage tool that has its origins in Chinese medicine. Body Gua Sha is used to reduce muscle tension, increase blood circulation and stimulate the lymphatic system.

Details
  • Skin type: Dry and dull skin with puffiness, fine lines, and tension in need of a boost in circulation, radiance, and bounce.
  • How to use: 
1. Apply a generous amount of The After Glow or any oil of your choice to the body.
2. Angle the stone almost completely against the skin and drag it in a single sweeping motion over legs, arms, or wherever you feel to soften and massage the body. We recommend not dragging it back and forth over the same areas.
3. Repeat 3-5 times per area.
4. Begin the massage with light pressure and then increase to gently soften stiff muscles and reduce swelling. Blood circulation increases when using Gua Sha and temporary redness may occur.
5. Wash the stone with soap and lukewarm water after use.
