The American brand Merrell was founded in 1981 by Clark Matis and John Schweizer. They started the company together with the famous shoemaker Randal Ivan Merrell, with the idea to create a more affordable high-quality shoe. Merrell’s vision is to mix fashion with comfort, to be inclusive, and to show that everyone can enjoy nature.
